Terms and Conditions
All ZIAIRE custom garments begin with a required private consultation. Consultations are complimentary.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows may result in the inability to render our services.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there's another booking afterwards.
Follow Up Appointments: Expect at least two (2) or more fit sessions after the initial in-person consultation. This may vary depending on the complexity of your garment.
Turnaround Time: Timelines will be discussed during your consultation and differ based on the complexity of your garment. Guaranteed to be ready in time for your event/occasion.
Custom Work Policy: All ZIAIRE garments are made-to-measure and created specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.
Alterations Guarantee: All ZIAIRE custom garments include complimentary alterations for up to two (2) years from the date of completion to maintain proper fit, finish, and extend the life of the garment.
